Twelve years of logistical, financial and operational management on large-scale productions. Feature films, premium series, documentaries, reality formats and high-end commercials, across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Serbia and Cuba.

The work is unglamorous and it is the whole job: resource optimisation, vendor negotiation, cash rebate and tax incentive structuring, and running art and location departments under pressure. When the schedule is tight, the permit is late and the location has its own opinion, the production still has to happen.

Based between Dubai and Spain, with working knowledge of both sides. Gulf culture and Gulf locations on one hand, European co-production structures and incentive regimes on the other, and the practical experience of moving a production between them.
